HDPE双壁波纹管改性料
我公司专门根据HDPE双壁波纹管的成型工艺及制品要求和无机刚性粒子增韧理论，选用优质的PE原料为基料，采用超细活性碳酸钙等无机料为主料，并且添加适量的偶联剂、分散剂等通过混炼方式制成的改料粒子，产品分散性好，与管材的基料结合性强，可增强管材的韧性和刚性，并能改善管材的表面光泽度。
According to the molding process and product requirements of HDPE double wall corrugated pipes and the toughening theory of inorganic rigid particles, high-quality PE raw materials are selected as the base material, ultrafine active calcium carbonate and other inorganic materials are used as the main material, appropriate amount of coupling agents, dispersants and other materials are added to make the modified particles by mixing. The modified particles have good dispersion, strong bonding with the base material of the pipe. It can enhance the toughness and rigidity of the pipe and improve the surface gloss of the pipe.

使用方法 How to use
将本产品与管材基料树脂按X：（100-X）的比例经搅拌机拌匀后作为生产原料使用。其中X的数值由于各种规格的产品对产品性能要求的不同以及不同生产设备条件、工艺流程、管材基料树脂的差异都会对最终成品产生不同程度的影响，所以建议厂家根据自己的产品要求，经过实验测试来决定适合于自己产品的添加比例。
Mix this product and the pipe base resin in a ratio of X：(100-X) by being well stirred in the blender and used as the production raw materials. Due to the different property requirements of various specifications of products and the differences in production equipment conditions, process flow, and pipe base resin the value of X will have different impact on the final product, so it is recommended that manufacturers determine the suitable proportion of addition for their own products according to their own product requirements and experimental tests.
包装及储侟 Packaging and storage
编织袋包装，25公斤/包。产品应放置于通风、干燥、阴凉处堆放。避免日光曝晒，禁止雨淋。
Woven bag packaging, 25Kg each.
Products should be placed in a ventilated, dry and cool place. Avoid sun exposure and rain.
