一、国内粉体改性设备现状 Current situation of China domestic powder surface coating equipment

 

现阶段国内粉体生产企业用于粉体改性的设备主要分为间歇改性方式和连续改性方式。At present, the equipment used by China domestic powder manufacturers for powder surface coating is mainly divided into two types: intermittent and continuous

间歇改性方式不易实现自动化生产,成本高,劳动强度大,扬尘点多,车间生产环境较差;改性好的粉体后续处理跟不上的话,筛余物就会偏多,在要求高的应用场合就会受到一定制约。Intermittent surface coating is not easy for production automation. It is of high cost, high labor intensity, many dust emission spots, and poor workshop production environment. Without further process, the coated product with its high screen residue would not be suitable for high end applications.

连续改性方式较易实现自动化生产,人工成本较低,采用负压操作,扬尘点少,车间生产环境较好。在人工日趋紧张,环保要求越来越高的情况下,采用连续改性方式进行生产是大势所趋。The continuous surface coating is easier to realize production automation. It is of lower labor cost, negative pressure operation, fewer dust emission points, and good workshop production environment.  With ever pressing labor shortage and higher environmental protection requirements, it’s a general trend to adopt continuous surface coating production.

目前国内用于连续改性的设备主要是自摩擦生热,高浓度改性的方式,有以下几个缺点:1)、对于高沉体粉体改性产量低、能耗高;2)、生产工况受外界温度影响较大;3)、改性靠自摩擦升温,粉体荷电较多,易造成粉体二次团聚;4)、大多数设备没考虑分级,易造成成品筛余物偏高,如果考虑分级必须采用体外分级,投资和生产成本都会增加;5)、浓相改性易造成团聚体包覆,分散效果较差;  6)、随着现在碳酸钙在制品中添加量越来越大,对碳酸钙总水份的控制要求也越来越高,自摩擦式改性不外加干燥无法去除水份。Currently, the equipment used for continuous surface coating in China is mainly self-friction heat generation and high concentration coating type. The disadvantages are: Low production rate and high energy consumption for the coating of high sedimentation volume powders;  Production conditions are greatly affected by external temperature; Due to the self-friction heat generation, the powder is much charged to likely cause secondary agglomeration of the powder; Most equipment doesn’t have classification process. That will likely lead to high residue content in the finished products. To solve the problem, a classification process must be installed. And a separate one! That will inevitably increase the investment and production cost. High concentration coating is prone to cause aggregate coating and poor dispersion effect; With higher and higher calcium carbonate addition in the application products, the requirements to control the total moisture content of calcium carbonate are also getting higher and higher. Self-friction modification can not lower moisture content without additional drying.
